1. About us

Planet TA is an international recruitment company based in London, United Kingdom, providing medical and technical recruitment services to clients worldwide. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Planet TA” refer to Planet TA, and “you” refers to the client or candidate using our services.

2. Our services

We help hospitals, healthcare providers and technology companies find and place qualified professionals. We also support candidates in finding suitable roles. The scope of any particular assignment is agreed with the client before work begins.

3. Fees

Fees for our recruitment services are agreed in writing with each client before any work starts, and are set out in the applicable engagement letter or terms of business. We never charge candidates a fee for helping them find a role.

4. Candidate information

We take reasonable steps to confirm the qualifications, experience and right to work of the candidates we introduce. However, clients remain responsible for carrying out their own final checks, interviews and any regulatory or registration requirements before making an appointment.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about the roles they are recruiting for, to treat candidate information confidentially, and to inform us promptly of any offer made to a candidate we have introduced.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purpose of the recruitment services.

7. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by a client in relation to hiring. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Data protection

We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Compliance page for more on how we protect your information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
