Who we are
Based in London and working across every continent, Planet TA brings together more than 40 years of combined recruitment expertise. We are specialists, not generalists: we focus on two sectors we know inside out, medical and technical, so we always know where the best people are and how to reach them.
Our approach is personal, thorough and built on decades of doing this well. Hospitals and technology teams keep coming back to us because we deliver, time and again, on the roles that matter most, including the niche and hard to fill ones that others struggle with.
What we do
Medical recruitment. We find, screen and place specialist and consultant doctors, nurses, midwives and allied health professionals for public and private hospitals and healthcare centres around the world. Every candidate we put forward is highly qualified and fluent in English.
Technical recruitment. We connect English speaking technology companies with the IT technical and IT sales talent they need to grow, on permanent or contract terms, remote or on site, anywhere in the world.
How we work
We start with a proper conversation to understand the role, your team and what great really looks like for you. Then we tap into our international network and carefully screen for skills, English fluency and the right fit, before presenting a handpicked shortlist of people who are ready to talk. We arrange interviews, support the offer and stay by your side all the way through onboarding.
